Our issues are often lodged in our bodies, especially in the nervous system. In this session, I work with precision outer and inner techniques to free your neck, spine, hip, and other body areas. This session goes well beyond tension relief and relaxation. Clients report my Deep Tissue Healing work can help with head, neck, back and shoulder pain. It can be combined with an additional focus:
Creative Expression and Balance
After the general work throughout the body, I focus on the upper chest, throat, arms and hands to help free up creative energy. This session also works to lift "the weight of the world" off your shoulders.
Enhancing Intuition and Clarity
Adding a focus to the CranioSacral Energy System and your head and brain to free up your energy flow here.
Clarifying Perception
In this session, we focus on deeper work on the nervous system to clear out stress that distorts our perceptions, viewpoints, and perspectives.
Stepping into Life with Purpose and Power
The focus goes to the lower energy centers and legs to help with grounding and aligning with the earth.
Immune Boost
Jon focuses on the energy centers and systems that support immune functioning, including the lymphatic pump technique.
The cost for each of these sessions is $200 for an hour session.

Would you like an objective evaluation of your life energy and life force? Together, we will examine your body, energy centers (chakras), and energy field, assessing both the quality and quantity of your life energy.
I'll help you assess how well you are grounding into the earth, which centers are functioning fully and which ones are weaker, what you are holding on to that you might need to let go of, and how much of the past is still unconsciously affecting you. After the evaluation, I will teach you a specific Inner Light-Fire Meditation to immediately begin to transform these issues. Transform your life energy and your aura, and transform your life!
